So quiet

aprost is reading a book about Lean Production, leamorbiducci is fast asleep and I actually have some time on my hands - and look where I go. ;-)
I haven't updated in way too long and the most disturbing thing now is ... there is actually not that much to write about. Not that my life is boring in any way, far from it. However, I wouldn't want to bore you with details about Lea's sleeping ot eating habits or about the little new things she does; things that are huge for both her and me, but probably mind-numbingly boring for anyone without children.
So it kind of feels like I have nothing to show for the last couple of months of my life. I cook, I clean, I shop, I raise a child, and all of that is work, but it's not really entertaining to someone who is not there. And unfortunately I never have the camera on the ready in the essential moments, for example when Lea sneezes on someone I really don't like or when she wakes me by putting one finger up my nose and using her other hand to force her dummy into my mouth.
I'll try to use the rest of the time to finally finish my Snape fic that has been patiently waiting for me for more than a year now. Knowing my daughter she will probably let me type three sentences. *g*
